By partnering with PingDom, we are able to utilize their distributed monitoring and response time sensor network with nodes all over the world. We will work with you or your IT people to configure monitoring and setup regular reporting. Reporting includes uptime analysis and response time analysis.

Of course, you can be notified when a service is down, or a web page isn't loading correctly. But, the power of a managed service is that responding to your outage is handled by Interversant. Depending on your service level agreement, Interversant will verify the accuracy of the alert and if necessary being troubleshooting the potential problem and taking corrective action.
