Psystar can't sell OS X on non-Macs

In a ruling issued on November 13th, a judge ruled in Apple's favor that Psystar infringed on Apple's copyrights in order to install OS X on unauthorized non-Apple computers.
Apple and Psystar have been engaged in a legal battle ever since Psystar started selling computers, not made by Apple, running Apple's OS X operating system.
